Banner Health (bannerhealth.io) publishes plain-language guides to everyday health questions like symptoms, aches, treatments and the “is this normal?” moments people actually search for. This page explains how that content gets made, checked and corrected.
Who writes our content
Every article on this site is written or edited by Tejanshu Jaluthria, the site’s editor. He reviews each article before it goes live and checks every medical claim against the sources linked within it. Author and reviewer names, along with the last-updated date, appear at the bottom of every article.
How we research and fact-check
Our articles are built from publicly available guidance published by recognized medical authorities. In order of preference, we rely on:
- Government health agencies like NIH, CDC, FDA and their institutes
- The World Health Organization
- Peer-reviewed research indexed on PubMed
- Major academic medical institutions such as Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic and Johns Hopkins
- Professional medical associations such as the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons
Every statistic, dosage and clinical claim in an article links to its source. If we can’t trace a claim to one of these sources, we don’t publish it. Where evidence is limited or mixed, as it often is for supplements and home remedies, we say so directly rather than overstating what studies show.
What our content is not
Our articles are educational. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are never a reason to delay seeing a doctor. Where a topic requires clinical judgment, our articles say so and direct readers to a qualified healthcare provider. We do not publish content that recommends prescription medication choices or dosage changes.
Updates and corrections
Health guidance changes, and we update articles when it does. The “Last updated” date on each article reflects the most recent substantive review, not a cosmetic change.
If you find an error, a wrong number, an outdated guideline, a broken source link, email us at findtrx01@gmail.com. We review correction requests within a few days, fix confirmed errors promptly and note significant corrections on the article itself.

bannerhealth.io is an independently operated health publication.
